GOALTENDING PROGRAM
Due to the tremendous popularity of ice hockey, we have designed a facility exclusively for the training of ice hockey players, specifically goaltenders. Our training will involve personalized workout programs along with individual skill work on our synthetic ice surface. We feel this combination is key for the development of any hockey player, at any level!!


• Goaltending will be done by Tim Ondra and his senior instructors.

• The goalie program will cover:
Stance, catch and blocker gloves, stick work, butterfly, 1/2 butterfly, control of rebounds, 2 pad stacks, recovery, mental preparation, equipment sizing and selection

Goaltending Instruction $65 per half hour lesson
Shooting Instruction $40 per half hour lesson
Lesson Skate Sharpening $5 (one before and one after lesson)
Single Skate Sharpening $4
